We drove  3 miles up, then hiked the 6/10 mile up to the summit (and back down, which was easier than going up). Georgia's highest mountain - Brasstown Bald is 4,784 feet above sea level. I started out carrying Kayden in my MT carrier, but the pressure as we got higher up seemed like my chest was caving in, it kept getting tighter. By the time I felt like I couldn't take it anymore, we were only one more turn away from the top! But the view was SO worth the hike!
